I have never had a better car buying experience. I didn't plan on buying a car on a random Sunday, but they made the process so easy and quick. Not to mention I live over an hour away, and they even delivered it to my driveway! From start to delivery was less than 5 hours. That's record time! Timothy was so great, and took all the time I needed to answer questions. Top notch service and experience from Ferman Mini! Customer for life now! More

That 2013 Mini has been i 2013 Clubman in 2015. Santos was easy to work with at that time; he remains at Ferman and is still a delightful gentleman! That 2013 Mini has been in for maintenance and service dozens of times over the 10 years. The team had my confidence and was always a 5-Star experience. I finally traded it in for a new Mini in April 2026. Ryan George was an excellent sales professional (as they call them "Motoring Advisor"). Santos was very helpful once again! Ryan was thorough in his explanation of the vehicle and pricing. He was really fun to work with! Buying a car is always stressful, but Ryan and Santos' kind nature made everything easy. More
