We had a great experience with Scott Crowell and the entire team at Mac Haik Toyota. We found the RAV4 Hybrid we wanted online. We made an appointment with Scott and when we came in he had it already fo entire team at Mac Haik Toyota. We found the RAV4 Hybrid we wanted online. We made an appointment with Scott and when we came in he had it already for a test drive. Patiently explaining all the safety features. The purchase time was quickly done. No high pressure add ons. He helped us connect our phones and help us set up some of the features that needed a set up. We did get the extended warranty but no high pressure there also. We feel we got a great deal without haggling. More
