Nice dealership, however, all the things wrong with my car, is not wrong. You just want me to spend more money. I just got new wiper blades and was told theyre bad and need new ones. Called the dealership about my 23 Ridgeline headlight assembly holding moisture inside of the housing. Marcellus answered the call and had me bring the truck in for inspection. After inspection they orde assembly holding moisture inside of the housing. Marcellus answered the call and had me bring the truck in for inspection. After inspection they ordered the light assembly and replaced it the following day under warranty trucks mileage is only 16000, and under the 36 month coverage. Thanks to the service team for quick and easy warranty repair! More

I can not say that the problem is resolved yet. I have to return tomorrow. The first rep I worked with was nice enough however when I came back what I was told was incorrect. Upon speaking to Marce I have to return tomorrow. The first rep I worked with was nice enough however when I came back what I was told was incorrect. Upon speaking to Marcellis. I discovered that not only was I mislead but that what I purchased would not fix the problem and would cost me 600$+ When I questioned what was happening, I was taken to an office and questioned, I felt like she was telling me it was my own fault and not the lack of service nor clarity on behalf of the department I was working with. As of now I am unhappy with the service provided and I expect more from people who are supposed to be there to guide me in my repair decisions so that this doesn't happen. She tried to tell me that the 175$ charge to diagnose the car was probably what he was trying to save me. If I had kept my business at Toyota they would have waved the fee if I chose to get the work done with them. More
