I did not like no one seemed to mention that when I purchased the car that it needed to be at 15 % for oil changes. I was promised with my deal 3 free oil changes and it was not there. Marcel's attitud purchased the car that it needed to be at 15 % for oil changes. I was promised with my deal 3 free oil changes and it was not there. Marcel's attitude towards it at the beginning was not helpful. The fact also the car had major marks on it after the car wash and no one noticed until I said something was another negative. The experience should be better and I hope someone gets with John and the managers with me to discuss what was said during my car deal. That needs to be honored. More

Marcellis made sure my warranty coverage was approved and rental was set up while my car was being serviced. Randy was very helpful in making sure my car was up and running well. Each employee that I seen di rental was set up while my car was being serviced. Randy was very helpful in making sure my car was up and running well. Each employee that I seen did not pass by without asking me if I had been helped. I also received a follow up call to see how my car was running. This made me feel like a valued customer. Great overall experience. More

We purchased our 2005 Civic from this dealer 13 years ago and have used them exclusively for all maintenance and repairs over the years. On Saturday 9/20 we took car in for a ‘check engine’ light and a very and have used them exclusively for all maintenance and repairs over the years. On Saturday 9/20 we took car in for a ‘check engine’ light and a very slow leak in the left front tire. Tire would lose about 7 PSI over the course of a week. That afternoon we were informed that the car had a head gasket leak and cylinder 4 was misfiring. We approved the work and were told repair should take about a week and techs would start on Monday 9/22. On Wednesday 9/24 we were informed that the head was being sent out to be machined/reconditioned. On Saturday 9/27 we called to get status of the repair because we had not received any updates. We were told head was done on Friday 9/26 but did not get picked up, and will get it on Monday 9/29. We received a text message on Tuesday 9/30 and 5:30 PM informing us that the car was being taken into the shop to reinstall the head on Wednesday morning. Repair was completed by 3:30 Wednesday afternoon. When car was picked up we were also told no problem was found with the tire. Tire is STILL losing pressure over the course of a week. Bottom line the communication over this entire 11 day repair process was very poor in our opinion. What happened on Monday-Tuesday 9/29-30? ?? It appears no work was done on the car even though head was available. More
