Good experience. For being new in the country and as a first experience it was good, different to what I am used to but good. I got the car, a very good car I would For being new in the country and as a first experience it was good, different to what I am used to but good. I got the car, a very good car I would say so far, however I still have some doubts about it and I would know after an inspection with my mechanic this weekend. I would have liked to take it to the mechanic before buying it but I live 100 miles away from Donohoo and I don't know any mechanic by that area so I didn't ask them and I don't know if they had allowed me to do it. The attention is good, everybody is kind and are always willing to help. I would have liked a bit more of personalized attention, I felt like if I was in walmart buying groceries got them in the bag and pay. We are buying a car, is not such a small thing, we are spending a very good money for buying a car and not $100 for buying groceries. I would also have liked they be willing/open to negotiate the price but they didn't, they just said it was final price. Other than that I would rate as a good experience. Also, I had some problems when register my car because of my name didn't match but I have to say, all these people were really helpful and always responded quickly and in very good manner, specially Jonathon and Marci who were the persons who helped me to get this fixed. Definetelly I would recommend and would look for a car with Donohoo again, even when it is 1.5 hours driving from where I live. More

I love the fact that it's "No Hassle" and you don't have to deal with pushy salespeople! Every staff member we encountered was extremely professional and courteous. Now let me talk about Jimmy! He is AWESOME and so KIND! He took great care of me and my vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure it was in tip top shape. The statements above are the reasons why we will continue to purchase vehicles from Donohoo Auto. When we decided to purchase another car earlier this year, no other dealership came to mind. Great Smiles! Great Service! We were greeted quickly when we arrived by Adam'. He took us to the computer to show what models were available. Then the two beetles were brought up We were greeted quickly when we arrived by Adam'. He took us to the computer to show what models were available. Then the two beetles were brought up for my test drives. Both were black, One had leather seats , the other did not. One had low mileage and the other one's was higher mileage. I chose the one with low mileage and cloth seats. We were again treated very nice though out. the process. Spoke to Mark about the car, the cost and the warranty that was available. He was very helpful. Then we concluded the process with Marci in the financial department. She was very courteous and informative about all the papers I signed to complete the buy. Thanks to all at Donohoo for an excellent experience! I could not mark the ratings for the personnel but it is excellent for all. More
