The customer service and communication that Marcus provided was upper echelon. He listened to my needs and when the vehicle I was looking at became unavailable, he suggested another that was not on provided was upper echelon. Customer service! The best experience I have had in a lifetime of buying vehicles. From the driver picking me up at the airport, to the internet sales team, the optional equipment team, the vehicle prep lifetime of buying vehicles. This dealership was unlike any I had ever been to. It was a fun, laid back environment - and it seemed like the entire team was really happy to be working there. It was a great experience! Better yet, Marcus (our sales guy) pulled out ALL THE STOPS to make this deal happen. We started talking about a used Tesla Model X they had in inventory weeks ago. And when the price didn’t work out, he kept checking in to see what he could do. A few weeks later, we drove from Kansas City to Salina and bought the car. Not at all pushy - did everything I asked. Not only did Marcus work to ensure I was getting the be helped to create the most pain-free and seamless new car purchase I have ever been a part of. Not only did Marcus work to ensure I was getting the best deal possible on top of Long McArthur’s already competitive pricing, but they did not push me to add on any extras I didn’t think I needed. We came from out of town and had multiple COVID related procedures to follow but even then the process was quick and easy. The vehicle was not to their level of perfection when it was brought out but instead of just apologizing, they re-cleaned it AND added in a nice dinner for my wife and I as a sign of good faith. I cannot day enough about how great a car buying experience this was. Although we live 600 miles away, Long McArthur will still have every opportunity to earn my business again the next time we are buying a Ford or Lincoln product.
