I have had very good experiences dealing with this dealership. They have taken care of my 2007 Santa Fe which had over 210,00 miles on it when we gave it to our daughter and now that we have a new Tus dealership. Service center was good. Customer service at the dealership was awful. While Waiting for my car I went to look for a new car to replace my lease which is almost up. I walked Customer service at the dealership was awful. While Waiting for my car I went to look for a new car to replace my lease which is almost up. I walked around for 30 minutes looking in windows and reading car signs and was never greeted. I finally went for inside and asked for help and was told I would need to make an appointment to discuss my lease or to even talk to someone about a new car. Meanwhile employees crowded the desks and ignored me. I guess I will be returning my lease and finding somewhere else to shop for a car. Maybe I won’t need to make an appointment to ask a question.
