Call the number on website for Christiansburg. Apparently my appt was scheduled for Roanoke with no mention of the location. Went to Cburg, they didn't have appt, but Roanoke did. Cburg did not offer to work us in and Roanoke did but wasn't sure why Cburg didn't. A man from Roanoke, Sammy, called for my opinion of the service. When I explained what happened, he laughed and laughed. It would be nice if appt location was on the website and the operators would ask where we wanted the service to take place. More
