My scheduled state inspection took over 2 hours to complete. I saw people come in after I did and leave before me. This is the third time I’ve brought my vehicle here for maintenance and waited over 2 complete. I saw people come in after I did and leave before me. Maria was less than helpful when I asked about the status of my car. More

The quality of the actual work done to my vehicle has always been great. The quality of the customer service I have and continue to receive is disappointing at best. On multiple occasions I am told I w always been great. The quality of the customer service I have and continue to receive is disappointing at best. On multiple occasions I am told I will receive a call with an update to quite expensive warranty claims on my vehicle, only to never receive a call, text, or email from anyone. No matter how many voicemails and texts are left, there is never any communication. But when it comes time for me to schedule a regular maintenence visit, it's like an entire different world. I get calls and texts about my appointment and text updates on my vehicle. It'd be nice to actually have some communication during a time where a very expensive vehicle repair is looming over my head and not just when there's quick fast money to be made during a service visit. More
