COST ME $2,000 Brought my car to Patrick as another dealership suspected possible warranty work. Patrick dealership stated the same thing...costing me thousands in a rental car while getting ready to do the work; took it to a third dealership-found out that Patrick never looked over the vehicle at all, otherwise their mechanics would have seen that all was needed was a cap, that cost $78. Do NOT use them. I am looking into getting my car rental paid for.... More

exelent service,friendly service manager. I leased my car from patrick buick & GMC , my last car was an altima but it was a hard ride compared to my AKADIA which is like a caddy i I leased my car from patrick buick & GMC , my last car was an altima but it was a hard ride compared to my AKADIA which is like a caddy in luxury by comparision to the aforementioned, i brought my suburban in for service, while i was their the service manager told me about a recall for my brake lights switch that stayed on draining my battery he replaced that same switch saving me money later i liked that part how thoughtfull and considerate of the service manager, mario maimone my brother has known him for a long time and has much praise for him also. Who is the animal that likes to drag bird, grass, mice. My 2014 Terrain for no reason decided to have a problem starting. Met Jeff Dahlin at the service area and described the problem, just thinking it cou My 2014 Terrain for no reason decided to have a problem starting. Met Jeff Dahlin at the service area and described the problem, just thinking it could be a sensor. To our surprise the service personnel discovered under the engine cover, there was a supply of grass, leaves, dead bird (blue jay), mice, plastic bag etc. One wire to a sensor as bitten though and two others with teeth marks showing exposed wires. Service personnel vacuum the area repaired the sensor. Note: I asked for pictures of the mess and was provided with them to prove it. Thanks to the service personnel, Jeff Dahlin for the quick response. All your service advisors have been great (Jeff Dahlin, Jeff Palm, Marino and Stephen. I didn't get the name of the service tech, but thanks for the pictures. More

We have done business with the Patrick dealership for many years and have always been very satisfied. I have nothing but positive experiences with the service department as well. Always efficient and courteous and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of.... I'm not a car person...just want to turn the key and go. I feel comfortable and confident when buying or servicing my vehicle at Patrick. More
