Mark helped me get my car in for a wheel bearing replacement before my scheduled time. This allowed me to get the repair. If not I would have had to wait 2 more weeks since I had to fly to a busines replacement before my scheduled time. This allowed me to get the repair. The dealership has been successful completing my requested maintenance. My 2019 Outback has low mileage. Sometimes the people I talk with over he phone list the maintenance according to the age of m requested maintenance. My 2019 Outback has low mileage. It was very difficult for me to get in contact with the service center and team when I needed to. I spent a lot of time listening to menus, getting connected to someone, getting connected to someone else, service center and team when I needed to. I spent a lot of time listening to menus, getting connected to someone, getting connected to someone else, who then didn't know what was going on or who couldn't get ahold of the person I needed to talk to. The actual service performed on my car was good, best I can tell, but it wasn't anything advanced, so the communication challenges weighed heavier on my experience. I live in Roanoke, but purchased my car in Christiansburg and get it serviced there. After a recent trip for service, I found myself questioning whether I wanted to continue to drive to Christiansburg for service on my car. After my experience with your dealership, I am glad to continue to drive to Christiansburg for my service needs and future car purchases. I do not have ill will towards anyone personally interacted with and I would challenge your leadership to put in more effort to improve your operations so that customers have a better experience. More
