I had a fantastic experience buying my 2023 Mazda CX-5 at Med Center Mazda. Mark Cooley was wonderful to work with and incredibly accommodating as I was buying from out of state. I never felt rushed or press Med Center Mazda. Mark Cooley was wonderful to work with and incredibly accommodating as I was buying from out of state. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase, he made sure I was aware of and comfortable with every feature of the vehicle. Additionally, Todd Mayers was thorough and efficient as I worked through the financial side of things. I was so impressed with their service, their knowledge, and their facilities. My wife had been stuck on the road for almost 5. 5 hours. The mazda towing service had no one to answer the phone. So we called our insurance company to send a tow truck. Got to the dealership and al 5 hours. The mazda towing service had no one to answer the phone. So we called our insurance company to send a tow truck. Got to the dealership and all the mechanics had just gone to lunch. I was very upset not knowing if my car was damaged other then a tire. The dealership used car manager and a sales agent listened to me and without even asking gave my wife something to drive incase it took days to repair her car. We are not wealthy but I've bought all my cars from the dealership but 1 in my life. They treated me with respect and cared. That means alot. I will continue to be a customer and will continue to recommend them to everyone. More
