My trade--in was appraised just as offered pre-visit, the dealer made the process extremely pleasant, despite the fact he was dealing with home damage from a storm the previous night. The finance manager wa dealer made the process extremely pleasant, despite the fact he was dealing with home damage from a storm the previous night.
