I actually scheduled my appointment with a computer. I opted for 3:00 pm last Friday slightly worried as it was so close to the weekend. I need not have worried. Mark was my service advisor. He knew exactly what I needed for my 6-month checkup. I was amazed at how quickly my car was serviced. I was actually back home by 4:00 pm. This is a great place to have your car serviced. More

The repair went well, but it was a mess trying to get my car, No one could tell me when the shuttle would be here and expected me to know that it was a our wait. Great service and was kept informed about the process. Only one problem was the dealership quoted 75 dollars for a cabin air filter. I believe they were chaging three quarters of an hour for labor. My experience with Oakbrook Toyota Service Dept. was excellent. The waiting area was comfortable and the communication was excellent.
