I feel that the service dept is always trying to over sell services. I was told my tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced, I took the vehicle and tire to the place originally purchased and w sell services. I was told my tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced, I took the vehicle and tire to the place originally purchased and was able to drive with the tire for 18 mos! I was quoted $1400 for newcMichelin tires and was able to purchase the exact same tire for just under $1k.. told they would match my price..no desire to deal with the dealership! More

Tech nician performing oil change noticed a staple in one of my tires, removed it, and checked it for leaks. No leak found, he likely saved me from a flat as the tire wore, pushing the staple up into the tir of my tires, removed it, and checked it for leaks.
