Great follow through! Bought a used 2016 Honda Pilot and a week into driving I notice a front end vibration issue when braking at high speeds. Called my saleperson Mark Dwyer and received a response ASAP to bring the vehicle back in to have it looked at. Wow these folks have certainly won me over in fixing this vibration/braking issue ASAP. I was able to test the results right away, and they are fantastic! This was my first time using this dealership and I am a Huge Fan now of this organization and it’s response to this matter, the dealership took ownership of the problem and fixed it free of charge.
