Typical dealership tricks, attempted to tack on an over inflated dealer add on package that did nothing but increase dealership profit. They took it off without much argument however I have a feeling that inflated dealer add on package that did nothing but increase dealership profit. Salesman was lacking in knowledge of vehicle's and was only concerned we ith telling me I needed to by today. I heard that 6 times but he couldn't answer basic car questions reverting me to window sticker only concerned we ith telling me I needed to by today. I heard that 6 times but he couldn't answer basic car questions reverting me to window stickers for answers. We love the car but overall it didn't have the options we wanted due to confusion..We only noticed after it was delivered. Lesson learn for next time. More
