There was never any pressure — just thoughtful, straightforward communication that made us feel like he was actually on our side, even while we were actively comparing offers elsewhere. Mark Sonn handled the finance side of things, and he was equally low-pressure. He walked us through all of our options clearly, answered every question, and made sure the closing process went smoothly without any surprises. Eric Lovo, the sales manager, was supportive throughout and made sure we felt good about the final numbers before we signed. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about getting customers a fair deal rather than just closing a sale — which is exactly why, after all that shopping around, this is where we ended up buying.
