We have all of our cars serviced at Elmwood, where Jim Verdoia and his crew help me avoid unpleasant surprises. Richard knew I was in the market to trade up for a newer Jeep for my wife. Our first discussion did not result in a sale because the numbers just did not fit our budget. Richard called a week later. He had consulted with the Used Car Manager and they came up with the best deal they could, and the bottom line was the number I was looking for. We were able to turn in the 2013 Jeep and drive away in the 2016 Jeep that afternoon. More

Stopped in on a rainy day and the salesman Justin showed a lot of attention and was kind enough to show me the Jeep (18 JK sahara edition) even though it was closing time. Good dude period. So I come back the next week and decided to buy it, Justin and Mark made the whole process smooth and no pressure, They worked with me to get a price that was very fair for market value of my purchase. He then forwarded me to the finance department where I worked with Vinny, again also a very good guy showed a lot of attention to the needs of my purchase and worked with me to get my payments in a range I could afford. Wayne exemplifies this. Wayne took the time to locate exactly what my wife was looking for and was an absolute gentleman in the process. I can't recommend him enough. Sales Managers, Ben Sciaron and Mark Watters, were more than fair in giving us a fantastic trade in price without the typical back and forth haggling. We asked for a certain price on our trade in and we received it. Thank you. Noel Tavarez, the Finance Manager, finished the transaction and got my wife a great bank rate. There were no surprises from the beginning to end. We've done alot of business with other dealerships and when it comes to the financials, there's always a "You're approved but..." This doesn't happen at Elmwood! If anything, Noel, did the exact opposite. He got us an even lower than expected rate for financing. If you are looking for Jeep or Dodge product, do yourself a favor and same your time. Go to Elmwood first. In a few years, our third Jeep will be bought here too. More
