While waiting to test drive the cars I was talking with Martin and I told him I really wanted a red car. He said he thought they had one. Sure enough, Martin found the car I have been praying about getting for several months! I was extremely excited to have found my car! Dan and Martin made the sales process move smoothly due to their knowledge and experience. They both showed a great deal of patience explaining every detail and answering all my many questions. Even when I was not sure I was making the right choice, Dan gave me time to think and discuss the issue with my son by phone. He also answered my sons questions making sure we both understood all details. I greatly appreciate Dan and Martin taking the time to make sure I felt secure in the purchase of my car. My husband and I had no idea what kind of vehicle we wanted to get. We began our process of looking for a vehicle here at RBM of Alpharetta simply because it was the closest dealership to our house. What we found here was a sales associate, Gwen Moss, who wasn’t just trying to sell us a car but put time and effort into meeting all of our needs and wants. Gwen was patient and not pushy. She realized that we had just started looking at cars and we wanted to look at other dealerships. So, we did just that. What my husband and I found is that none of the other dealerships provided us the level of professionalism RBM of Alpharetta gave us. Our sales person, Gwen, provided us with “on-the-spot” detailed knowledge about every vehicle we looked at.
