Everybody was AWESOME! And on a very busy Sunday morn. My battery went bad on a lazy Sun. morn. well i called the NPR Serv. desk and Jared said bring it up if you can jump it and we will be sure to fit you My battery went bad on a lazy Sun. morn. well i called the NPR Serv. desk and Jared said bring it up if you can jump it and we will be sure to fit you in! They sure did, Mary was great and when we went to Denny's to grab a lunch they were done an hour and a half later! God Bless as i was stressed out. and don't need another heart attack! Mis-informed Brought two cars in for routine service to include Oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspections. Asked to have Brakes and tires inspected. Was Brought two cars in for routine service to include Oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspections. Asked to have Brakes and tires inspected. Was told by Service advisor that my car(2017 Tucson) only needed coolant flush but nothing else. Was told that my daughters car(2016 Elantra Gt) needed Induction service. I agreed to both recommendations plus oil change, etc. An hour after initial conversation was called by service advisor and told everything was on time and my daughters car was getting the induction service and my car was getting the coolant service. I asked to see the detailed report so I could see the recommendations and the tire tread. She said my tires and brakes were still very good and she would send the report. Another hour passed and I had not received the detailed report. The service advisor called me and said my daughters car was ready. I was given the invoice and noticed the 15k mike device was performed as well as the induction service which overall cost was $280. I was told my car was still being completed for coolant flush. Three hours into the service I had still not received the detailed report. Finally after 4 hours I was told my car would be ready in a few minutes after it was washed. I was given my invoice and completely shocked when I saw a $400 bill. I was charged the coolant flush, an induction service and alignment plus oil change and tire rotation. The interesting thing is I had not agreed to the induction service or alignment nor was I even told it was being done. I was told by the service advisor that all I needed was the coolant flush. How did I get charged for two services that I didn’t know about or agree to have done? i never did get my car washed. The wait was so long and I had already been sitting at the dealer for over 4 hours. When I received my car and drove home I started hearing a rubbing noise coming from the right front area. It became louder the faster I drove. I didn’t think much of it at the time other than I didn’t have that problem before I went in for service. A few hours passed and I wanted to check my car in preparation for traveling over the holiday. When I opened my hood I noticed there was very little(less than an inch) of anti freeze in my coolant reservoir. I looked on the reservoir and saw small drops of coolant from the bottom and down the side. I went to add coolant and saw several other drops fall from the reservoir. Over the past few days the noise from the right front area is the same or louder as I drive. I called the service department twice today to arrange a time to bring in my car but no one ever called me back. Now I have a car with a possible coolant leak and a noise coming from the right front. Neither of which I had before I took my car in for service. More

If your car needs service it might as will be done here It never takes very long at Hyundai. Comfortable chairs cookies coffee and TV. Charging stations for cell phones and iPads. No complaints. They help me with both Insurance companies to get me 100 % full payment and highest value for my lost car. And a New car. They looked out for my interest , when it was not their responsibility, just to help me , and help me get my total value. Great People . More

I also asked for the same salesman that sold me my first Hyundai, Bill Suchocki. I felt comfortable with him, he didn't push me into something I couldn't afford. I also feel very comfortable with the service dept. especially with Mary, she's great! More

Unhappy with service. Came to have oil change and was given a list of other unnecessary repairs that supposedly the service department wanted to do. My husband was with me and has been a mechanic all his life. He knows what service and or repairs are needed and when they are to be done. I don't like service people trying to hustle me just because I'm a woman and don't know that much about cars. Pull this crap on somebody else but don't do it to me! They have some nerve to charge us $44.95 for a $10.00 air filter that we were told was going to cost $20.95 when Mary showed us the old one at the desk..Thank God this lease will be over in six months. Can't wait to turn this car in and I don't plan on returning here for any more encounters with your service or sales department. We were ripped of and lied to from day one. Your leasing ad on tv said that all we needed was $3000.00 down and a monthly payment of $109.00 per month for 12,000 miles a year. We gave you a car that was in showroom condition that we easily could have sold for $4000, gave you a check for $5000 and later found out that we were only allowed to drive the car 10,000 miles per year. This whole deal has left a bad taste in our mouths and we will never deal with Hyundai again. More
