Very poor experience, treated rude I drove from Buckhead to your dealership in Alpharetta to take a look at one of your Pre Owned GLE's. I was introduced to Bill Favini by Mary Brown. I drove from Buckhead to your dealership in Alpharetta to take a look at one of your Pre Owned GLE's. I was introduced to Bill Favini by Mary Brown. I took a few minutes to let him know what I was looking for and we began discussing options and available inventory. About 5 minutes into the interaction Bill was handed a post it note by Ms Brown and he excused himself stating there was someone (apparently more important than me) he needed to "say hello to". Now I'm left sitting in his cubicle for several minutes. When he returned he told me that his 1:00 appointment showed up 30 minutes early so he was going to hand me off to another salesman. At that time I politely excused myself and let him know I would just go somewhere else. Not only was that rude and a waste of my time, it certainly didn't make me feel very important to him or your dealership. If I'm treated that way before a sale, imagine how unimportant I would be after the sale. Not a good impression guys. I was particularly surprised to see on your website that Ms. Brown is the Customer Experience Consultant. She should realize how that would make a customer feel. More

From the moment I entered the dealership, Mary Brown made me feel like I was home, in a relaxing and warm environment. She really set the tone for our experience at RBM. Dan Berry was the ultimate professional, answering our many questions and treating us with respect, care and humor as we connected over cars and our favorite music. My wife and I had met Dan several years prior and I had made him a promise to purchase a car from him prior to some medical difficulties I had - it was nice to finally fulfill that promise, which would have not happened had it nor been for Lisa Brennan. She worked financial miracles for us and really went above and beyond the call of duty on our behalf, taking the time to get to know us on a personal level. To complete our amazing experience, we were fortunate enough to work with Sharon Thompson who we enjoyed dealing with because of her humor and efficiency. All in all, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I will definitely be back for future purchases!p More

I've had several different makes of luxury cars in the past and this, by far, was my best car buying experience. I felt no pressure at all. Bill has continuously given us exceptional service My wife and I just leased our 4th vehicle from Bill Favini at RBM Mercedes Benz in Alpharetta, GA. Bill has continuously given us exceptional service, honest and straightforward assessments of each vehicle we were considering and is very pleasant to work with. Our discussions were always smooth and hassle-free, and Bill went out of his way to make certain that we received an excellent deal. Hands down, Bill is the best Salesperson we have ever dealt with among several States that we have lived in -- given his long Sales experience and professionalism. With regard to RBM Dealership, we would not go anywhere else for a vehicle. The Finance Dept is very honest and easy to work with (Lisa Brennan), and their Service Dept is superb providing impeccable 5-star service, treating their customers with respect and having demonstrated excellent reliability and dependability in repairing our vehicles rapidly and efficiently. Over the years, we have owned cars from BMW, Lexus, Buick, and Ford, but RBM Mercedes in Alpharetta has always provided us the best service of our vehicles at a fair price, bar none. More

Excellent Customer Service We ordered a 2019 GLC300 Coupe in December 2018 and was provided an expected delivery date of late March or early April. The vehicle arrived earlier We ordered a 2019 GLC300 Coupe in December 2018 and was provided an expected delivery date of late March or early April. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected and is simply beautiful. The vehicle was made to our specifications and we are very pleased! Our sales representative, Kagan Scott, provided the BEST customer service! He consistently kept us up to date on the progress and status of the vehicle to include when it arrived in port! Once it arrived at RBM and a thorough order check was completed we were contacted for delivery! The complete process was seamless. Sharon Thompson was awesome in the finance are too. The paperwork was ready for signatures to finalize the sales. Diane Evans provided an excellent delivery of the vehicles overview! Lastly, Ms. Mary Brown provided the warmest smile as we entered the dealership which was very welcoming! All staff we came in contact with were very customer friendly. Again, the experience was wonderful and we will definitely provide referrals! More

A Dealer Representative That Will Go That Extra Mile For You If your looking for an Incredible Experience in buying a new or used car then you have no other choice than to work with Kagan Scott at RBM of Alphare If your looking for an Incredible Experience in buying a new or used car then you have no other choice than to work with Kagan Scott at RBM of Alpharetta. My wife and I were apprehensive about Looking an Negotiating for a Used Vehicle knowing the usual horror stories we have had in the past and heard about from others whom experience the same. Such as the price is good only for today and you will not get get the same price tomorrow. But i can tell you we definitely didn't experience anything like that with Kagan Scott of RBM of Alpharetta. He was both giving of his time and knowledge and pointed out what our options were and even did some research for us to assure us we were getting the best deal anywhere within 250 miles. Kagan was a straight shooter gave us the best price anywhere around and allowed us the time we craved to think about the commitment we were about to undertake. In the end I truly believe we got the best deal that was available to us or anyone else and thanks to Kagan Scott we are the proud owner of an incredible Infiniti QX50 which we love. Basically an employee makes or breaks the feeling you have toward a dealership and Kagan Scott made our opinion of RBM of Alpharetta a 5 star experience and if asked I would recommend that everyone that's looking for a new or used car definitely don't past up dealing with Mr Scott he won't disappoint, and you'll also be recommending him if someone asks "how bad was it" you'll smile and and say it was a walk in the park.
