Bill emailed, texted and called us several times throughout this experience to ensure we had all, or provided all, the information needed on both sides of this transaction. I'm quite certain that anyone working with Bill, on a non-assigned purchase, would be completely satisfied with the entire process. He embodies everything the Mercedes brand represents (coming from a first time Mercedes owner), and he exemplifies the salesperson role. I'm quite certain he makes the ABM team better each and every day.
