Overall our experience was great, however, one thing that was a little disappointing was that we were told we could put a deposit down on the car we wanted and then once we did we were told that they weren’t was a little disappointing was that we were told we could put a deposit down on the car we wanted and then once we did we were told that they weren’t sure they could hold the car until our appointment that our salesman set up for us. Isn’t the whole point of putting a deposit down on something is to reserve it? If you can’t do that, then please do not make that an option for your clients. We ended up getting the car we wanted but that was a bit confusing. More
