I ordered a GX 550 and was on a waiting list which was long. I was moving to San Antonio and needed the car ASAP. The car finally came in and Josh had it all prepared an expedited for me before I left for my move! He is an awesome person and he’s been with the company for many many years as well. I would say Lexus is the best vehicle I have ever driven. I’ve had Lexus‘s for a long time and they never needed repair ever. I suggest if you want to buy a vehicle, go see Josh!! Everyone was friendly at the desk when I walked in. Jesse did a great job of communicating with me about the car, and was very calm and polite. The only thing that could have been different was when I came the first time to test drive a TX350, he didn’t have me drive it on the freeway—just the side roads. I would have preferred also driving on the freeway. When I came back to drive a different car, I did mention then that I didn’t need to take it on the freeway—I simply accelerated there on the access road. However, at every other dealership that I visited, which were all on freeways, the salesperson had me drive it on the freeway. More
