Had to wait almost a month for an appointment because I needed a service vehicle. There is no excuse for the wait. I then had to pay 2% extra for using a credit card for payment. The dealership charges a credit card fee when you use your credit card to pay for a service appointment. BMW of Westlake also has a separate cashier from the service department. I have owned other luxu your credit card to pay for a service appointment. BMW of Westlake also has a separate cashier from the service department. I have owned other luxury vehicles and at those service departments, the service advisors check you out and you pay with them. I think that BMW of Westlake should get with the program on how luxury car dealerships work with their customers and minimize their hassle. Luxury car customer expect hassle free experiences. The service department was good. No issues there. More
