I was charged for maintenance, when I was supposed to. They cracked my windshield and I have been chasing them for a days to get them to, first admit it was them, then agree to do something about it, and They cracked my windshield and I have been chasing them for a days to get them to, first admit it was them, then agree to do something about it, and now waiting for an appointment with their glass guy. On top of that, they let the air out of my tire and didn't mention they tire was leaking; so clearly they didn't check my tires, but the charge on the receipt says they did. Also, I asked for the 22,500-mile maintinece package but they charged me for a 15,000 maintenance package, which was higher in price. If I could give them a zeo, I would. This dealership is full of crooks. More

My lease was due when to Yonkers kia to buy the lease that was on the lease contract them Joseph Nuss kia product specialist and Matt Nuss finance manager increase the price from the end of lease from 18 that was on the lease contract them Joseph Nuss kia product specialist and Matt Nuss finance manager increase the price from the end of lease from 18,770.00 to 33,880.02 that not Wright for a customer that been with them for four years on a lease did not want to work with me not even there manager wanted to help me with this matter because of this situation will not recommend families or friends or anyone to go to Yonkers kia to lease or buy a car from them stay away from this dealership take my advice. More
