This was the 7th vehicle that we have purchased from Moore Buick GMC. Mr. G. Hines was the salesman for all 7 vehicles. He helped us locate what we wanted in our price range every time. Fair and honest and willing to make things right even if it wasn't their fault. I usually do not leave reviews, but this was a very positive experience. I began with online inquiries with Matt Cisneros who was very patient with me in figuring out the best way to understand everyth positive experience. I began with online inquiries with Matt Cisneros who was very patient with me in figuring out the best way to understand everything that goes into this type of transaction. He was willing to address my concerns and honor price adjustments regarding final costs. When I came in I met with Mike Wessels who took my wife and I for a test drive and then handled all paperwork in finalizing the deal. I never felt pressured in any way and both gentlemen were very professional in answering and explaining any of our questions or concerns. My treatment in the finance office with Ryan Kephas was just as courteous and professional. I would recommend this dealership highly! More
