When Cathy and I walked into the Kia dealership we were expecting to meet up with Teresa and instead we were introduced to Matt Douvier, Matt has a welcoming smile and a strong hand shake that let's you kn expecting to meet up with Teresa and instead we were introduced to Matt Douvier, Matt has a welcoming smile and a strong hand shake that let's you know he is there to help you. While waiting for the results from our credit score Matt never left us alone and was just a bundle of joy to talk to. I had heard of you thru a friend at work and everything he said about the Kia Dealership was spot on!!! It started with a E-mail to Theresa who called me back with in 10 minutes, To where I was introduced to Matt Douvier and ended with Dave in Financing witch = "TEAM WORK"!!!!, Myself (Steve) and Cathy Davis cannot express the Gratitude we have for the friendly Staff at Bloomington Kia and look forward to passing the "WORD" on to my friends as it was passed on to me, Sincerely: Stephen & Catherine Davis (Very, very satisfied customers) More

I had a great experience at Luther Kia of Bloomington. Not only were the sales people nice and friendly but they were not pushy. The customer service was superb. I met with Matt. He was friendly, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He was sincere without being pushy about buying the car. Spoke with Matt prior to coming into the dealership stating that i did not have a lot of time to be at the car lot. He assured me that he would get me out as soon as he could. Matt keep his word and I stating that i did not have a lot of time to be at the car lot. He assured me that he would get me out as soon as he could. I have given the ratings because Matt was an outstanding salesman. I loved his enthusiam and his eye contact during the sale. He was very knowledgeable with the product i was buying.
