Excellent Buying Experience Buying a car is usually a very stressful experience, but not at Myrtle Beach Kia. Our salesmen Keith was very helpful in putting us in the car we want Buying a car is usually a very stressful experience, but not at Myrtle Beach Kia. Our salesmen Keith was very helpful in putting us in the car we wanted and was never pushy. We test drove several models and settled on a Kia Optima. We actually went up a class because we were considering a Forte. With Keith's help we were able to negotiate a really great lease deal for our new Optima. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and polite. They even provided a courtesy ride home for my wife and daughter while I stayed to do the paperwork. They took the time to show me how to operate everything in the car before I left a very happy customer. Glad to be part of the Myrtle Beach Kia family. More

Wish there was another dealer close by Had an appointment this morning for a recall issue, got there about 5 minutes ahead of appointment and was taken right in. Besides recall I ask about Had an appointment this morning for a recall issue, got there about 5 minutes ahead of appointment and was taken right in. Besides recall I ask about oil change and rotation of tires. Service advisor stated the oil change and rotation of tires could all be done at the same time as the recall issue was being done it would be about an hour. I was also offered a complementary outside car wash. After sitting there for approximately 45 minutes the service advisor came to me and stated that my rear brakes were at 6 which is acceptable but the front needed to be replaced as they were at a 3. I thanked him but stated I wasn’t there for brakes and would make another appointment. He stated ok and assured me it would only be another few minutes and everything would be done. Another hour passed and while still waiting I get a phone call asking me if I would like an appraisal and talk about purchasing or leasing a new car. After 2 1/2 hrs I get my car back from a job that was to be 1 hr. More

Great Service! I brought my Optima in yesterday for an issue I was having. Matt was great to deal with, explained what the issue was and set me up with a loaner. My one experience with Myrtle Beach Kia I was on the way to Myrtle beach from Columbia going to my nephews first birthday party. My 2011 optima’s motor blew due to recall issues. I had it to I was on the way to Myrtle beach from Columbia going to my nephews first birthday party. My 2011 optima’s motor blew due to recall issues. I had it towed to Myrtle beach Kia. It was a Sunday when when this happened and Monday was Labor Day. Matt from there service department called me first thing on Tuesday asking if they could be the ones to fix my car. A day later the new motor was approved. He also asked if I was having trouble getting around. They paid for my rental and fixed my car pronto. Purchase Kia in March 2018 Went back on August 24, 2018 found a certified Specialist .Joe Claudio the best ever.
