Our three year lease of a Honda CRV was coming to an end, and after visiting several different dealerships, we came into Falmouth Toyota. (We currently own of 2006 Avalon that has served us well.) Coby Signs and after visiting several different dealerships, we came into Falmouth Toyota. (We currently own of 2006 Avalon that has served us well.) Coby Signs reviewed several options for leasing. His presentation was professional, with no pressure to by or lease any particular car. His enthusiastic approach made our decision to lease another Avalon an easy one. All of the people we came in contact with at the dealership could not have been more pleasant. Thanks for the seamless way your staff handled all of the necessary paper work of closing out our old lease and initiating the new one. More

I have been a customer of Falmouth Toyota for 20 years. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Falmouth Toyota and consider ourselves Toyota loyalists. For this recent purchase we ventured to many different dealerships to test a variety of car makes/models in an effort to do more due diligence. We used Toyota products as our scale for vehicle comparison and Falmouth Toyota as our benchmark for customer service. We ultimately purchased from Falmouth Toyota. We have confidence we have bought a reliable vehicle. We were treated exceptionally well by our salesperson, Ron and the rest of the sales team. For example, Ron helped to streamline the testing process by lining up several vehicles for us to drive one right after another, versus how we were treated at other dealerships where the sales associate would bring us back into the showroom between each vehicle test. We were welcomed into the dealership by name by the General Manager and the Sales Manager. The Service Manager, Tony Martino helped us through the difficult time post-accident/full vehicle loss by coordinating insurance reviews, vehicle towing, vehicle removal and a personal handoff to the sales team for vehicle replacement. We recommend Falmouth Toyota to our friends and family. Falmouth Toyota is one of our favorite companies to do business with. More

I bought my last two cars from Ronnie Sjahfiedin and I can honestly say I have never trusted any dealership as much as I do as with Falmouth Toyoto. That's priority in my book. Also, everyone is caring and friendly and their service department and sales explain everything to you. As for Ronnie, he is exceptional and he was instrumental in helping me get more money for my 2004 Corolla from my insurance company from the car accident I was in. I truly am so appreciative for their help, their honesty and their care. I wouldn't switch Falmouth Toyota with anyone. Most of all I love my new car and (I loved my old one). More

Ian was the lead team member and we found him to be very honest ,truthful and knowledgeable.He made my wife very comfortable with her model selection..He also made the deal happen with Matt's help. Peter did an excellent job explaining all of the warranty options and various financial plans..We have been doing business with Falmouth Toyota for many years and find the car buying experience actually pleasurable with these folks. Ken Collings was very helpful with purchase of our new Rav4, calling a week after our purchase to see how we liked the car and if we had any questions.. Amy Killoran was great to work with, getting us the best finance rate possible. We were treated fairly and not rushed into making quick decisions. Dealer paperwork fees were much more reasonable here than they were at a Ford dealership we bought a car from a couple of years ago. Our daughter bought a car here last spring, and she is also happy with the dealership. More

We are very pleased with our experience at Falmouth Toyota. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and followed through on what they promised. They are very "down to earth" and laid back. It was NOT your typical car buying experience because we did not feel pressured or mislead in any way. It was stress-free and an very easy transaction. Our new (used) Rav4 is spotless. Wish we had found them sooner so we didn't have to deal with other dealerships. We recommend them to anyone buying a new or used car. Even though we live far away it was worth the drive. We will even return for service and oil changes. Thank you. More

We went to Falmouth Toyota for regular maintenance a week ago. Since 1992 we have purchased our cars from Falmouth Toyota and always go back to the dealership for service because of the expertise, knowledge ago. Since 1992 we have purchased our cars from Falmouth Toyota and always go back to the dealership for service because of the expertise, knowledge , friendliness and honesty of that department. This time,as our 2007 Prius was being serviced we were looking at a 2013 plug-in Prius - out of curiosity- not because we were thinking of buying a car. Ian Nixon took the time to show us all the features and chat with us.Still with no intention of buying a car we talked with Ian about cost, trade-in, and 0% financing...he took the time to process our thoughts and situation even though he knew we were not in the market to buy a new car. We went home and called Ian with additional questions regarding the plug-in Prius and its advantages and cost to run compared to a regular Prius. By this time we were thinking "new Car" after hearing about timing for an honest/excellent trade- in value and 0% interest ,terms and payments . Ian called the next day having done research to find answers to all our questions concluding that the plug-in was not the best choice for us in our geographic situation and travel needs. By then we were looking on line at their in-stock Priuses and Ian suggested one in particular- we went to see it and he showed us every feature highlighting familiar features to the 2007 explaining and demonstrating advantages of the added features in the 2013 model.Tom and Matt Murphy each came by during the course of our shopping with friendly conversation and inquiries -as well as confirmation that we were making a good choice for our needs. Tom Sr. came by and did so as well. Ian continued the process of our purchase with attention to detail, friendliness and efficiency. He guided us to Amy for the financing application process which Amy did with friendliness and efficiency .We were given a sheet of reminders( Re: Title & insurance etc) Back to Ian who said we could pick up that day or the next- we opted for the next. He took care of registry ,changing the plates , getting us in for our sticker going over features and technology and even set up our Bluetooth phone system. He encouraged us to call if we were in need of any refresher or had questions about any features. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and accessible and amazingly patient !!! It was an unexpected and wonderful experience buying our new car last week !! We highly recommend Falmouth Toyota and Ian Nixon! More
