He put us in touch with Jeff Cummings who was amazing and helped us with getting set up with pre-financing online. We negotiated a price over the phone, took it for a test ride when we got there on Monday morning, all our paperwork was ready to go to either buy it or lease it, we leased it without a problem and 3 hours later drove it home. The customer service has been amazing and Jeff was so helpful. We highly recommend doing business there....Falmouth Toyoto gets a thumbs up. More

You pull into an enclosed building, the service staff meet Falmouth Toyota has the most efficient car dealership service department I have ever seen! You pull into an enclosed building, the service staff meet you at your car, a tech drives out with you to review the problem, she speaks with you about a possible diagnosis, you wait in a beautiful waiting area while the repairs are made, and about an hour later off you go! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable,and professional. And the whole facility was immaculately clean. I'm so glad I purchased my Toyota there! More

The first time down there was a leap-of-faith, based upon my conversations with David Digravio, a very honest guy and superior salesman. We have all heard the radio claims over the years from Matt Murphy (the voice of Falmouth Toyota), and I am here to tell you those claims are all accurate. Professional and personal attention is how they get me to return (I even brought my daughter there to purchase her 4Runner). David is the best, but everyone there - John O'Brien in the Business Office and the folks in the parts department are terrific. If you are looking for a dealership that will respond to your requirements and provide personal attention AND a great price, then start here. You won't regret it.
