We were charged a diagnostic fee and never was told what was wrong with our vehicle. We waited three days before the truck was even seen, then we were told that we were not going to get our car back until w was wrong with our vehicle. We were rudely spoken to by the service manager and service rep, she never called back with any updates. Horrible service I will never do business at this location again. We purchased a 2021 vehicle from the Buford dealership and to be treated this way at the Duluth location has ruined any chance of future business More
