Took my jeep to get serviced for the first time and when I came to pick it up, they had to jump it because it was completely dead. I have had it for a year and a half and never had an issues with the batter I came to pick it up, they had to jump it because it was completely dead. I have had it for a year and a half and never had an issues with the battery. They told me to drive it around so it can recharge. I had to jump my car for the next 4 days until I finally took it back in the shop to get it checked out. They told me my car battery was old and had to get a new one. When I tried explaining to 3 different people that this wasn’t my fault and it had been working fine before I had dropped it off which their response to my concern was that “batteries can lose power in a light switch” They quoted me $200 for the battery and then offered to take the labor fee off. My car ended up dying there so I had to buy the new battery. They didn’t take ownership of their bad service and only helped me after I complained to three different people. Never going back again. Eric was the only one that had any sympathy to my situation but was out of his hands so then what’s the point of having managers if they can’t do anything either. More

Ok, could be better with customer service. Requested an oil change, tire rotation and change of air filter but I did not get my air filter changed. Also, it took too long for check out. And lastly, their was a young man being serviced while I was checking out, he complained about the service and time it took to get his service sensors taken care of, he was very upset because he was told one thing originally by the service writer but was told some other stuff when it was time for him to check out. He was pissed and wanted to speak with a manager, it didn't seem as though Lance was taking him as seriously as he should have. I highly recommend that the service writer take Customer Service of All people very serious and make great customer service priority #1. I'm sure Rick Hendrick himself would say the same ‼️ More
