I have been dealing with Maple Hill Auto Group for over 16 years now. Bought my first Volvo S60 back in 2004. Purchased a Volvo S80 in 2013 and a Volvo XC60 in 2020. Everyone has always treated me with sincere attention to any questions that I have had. The only issue I have had with previous visits is how long some of these PM inspections take, even with an appointment made in advance. Jim Nicolow More

I made the appointment on line and when I got there I was told by the lady who greeted me, (somewhat arrogantly and bordering on gruff), I shouldn't do that, I should call and make an appointment. It was s told by the lady who greeted me, (somewhat arrogantly and bordering on gruff), I shouldn't do that, I should call and make an appointment. It was said in a way like I should have known that. My thoughts are...why is the online scheduling even available if we should not use it and why was a phone call not made to me asking me to change the appointment time as my reason for service was specified in the online schedule request. I was told I would have to wait two hours because techs were going to lunch which I totally understand - it's not their fault. It just seemed like I was being reprimanded and I didn't appreciate that. She was better when I checked out. However, it may be a good idea for someone to check the online schedule and contact customers if they think a better time would work. My experience overall with Subaru service has been very good in the past. More
