I was born and raised in Los Angeles and have been fortunate to live in Oregon, Minnesota, and Washington before finally settling here in beautiful Georgia. When my best friend moved here at age nine, I promised I’d join him someday—and now we live just 15 minutes apart! It’s funny how life has a way of bringing things full circle. I’ve always believed in the power of friendships and the unexpected journeys they can lead us on. Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants and discovering hidden gems—whether it’s a cozy spot with the best tacos in town or a local BBQ joint with big flavor. I’m grateful to now call Georgia home and look forward to connecting with customers and helping them find a vehicle that fits perfectly with their own life journey.

I purchased an Outback from Lance in 2012 (still have it). It was a good experience so I contacted him and discovered he was now the Manager of New Car Sales. The fact that he is still at Subaru of Gwinn it). It was a good experience so I contacted him and discovered he was now the Manager of New Car Sales. The fact that he is still at Subaru of Gwinnett 14 years later sends a positive message about the stability and morale of the dealership. He referred me to Mathew who helped me find an Outback equipped the way I wanted and gave me a fair price with out a lot of unnecessary negotiations. Mathew was very professional, pleasant, and patient (couple in our late 70s) with us. Overall it was as pleasant an experience as possible, shopping for a new car. More

Undisclosed transmission issues in used vehicle purchase. I purchased a used Nissan from Subaru of Gwinnett. Shortly after purchase, the vehicle experienced serious transmission issues that were not discl I purchased a used Nissan from Subaru of Gwinnett. Shortly after purchase, the vehicle experienced serious transmission issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale. Based on the nature and timing of the failure, there are unresolved questions regarding the accuracy of the representations made about the vehicle’s condition and whether material information should have been disclosed prior to purchase. I currently have an active consumer protection complaint with the Georgia Attorney General regarding this transaction. The matter remains unresolved. I am posting this review to document my experience and to encourage other consumers to exercise caution when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. More

Enjoying my pre-owned car and everyone was very nice. It rides beautifully! I was, however, a bit surprised when I checked the spare tire and it only had 30 lbs of pressure; it is supposed to have 60 lb It rides beautifully! These are on the 152-point inspection; someone must have overlooked them. I am now left to wonder what else was overlooked in the inspection? It also would have been nice to have known about the extended optional service agreement for bumper-to-bumper coverage beyond the 3-year/36,000 before I was signing on the dotted line. More

Sold me a car with a known evaporator issue without disclosing it. Needed a $1600 repair 5 days after purchase. Called multiple times to speak to someone. Never got a call back. Spoke to Lawrence my sa disclosing it. Needed a $1600 repair 5 days after purchase. Called multiple times to speak to someone. Never got a call back. Spoke to Lawrence my salesman to try and resolve the issue and still never received a call back. Finally got to speak to a manager about the issue, and manager basically said “you didn’t get a warranty so not our problem”. Hung up on me after I asked if that’s how they do business, here’s your car now screw you. They’ll sell you a car but once they get your money, they’ll toss you on the street. More

Since taking delivery of my CPO Ascent, it appears to have had the rear bumper repainted and the entire rear of the vehicle is covered in over-spray. This is preventing me from getting it ceramic coated have had the rear bumper repainted and the entire rear of the vehicle is covered in over-spray.
