My fiancé and I were looking to purchase a car after mine became totaled back in September. While looking for a vehicle, we were met with professionalism from everyone at the dealership, and we were treated became totaled back in September. With that said, I definitely felt at ease with the purchase and their honesty about the vehicle we were buying. Mauricio took care of most of my queries and delivered vehicle to me on door, but he is not single point of contact. He was just directed by Bill Hallom who is not responding to my issues about title of t vehicle to me on door, but he is not single point of contact. I was never kept informed about title transfer to bank (lender) and lender is following up like anything. More
