Good initial interaction with Kim in internet dept who I told her I'm ready to buy and not looking to play games, I explained I already had a trade in certificate from CarMax and that if they were willing t told her I'm ready to buy and not looking to play games, I explained I already had a trade in certificate from CarMax and that if they were willing to offer me what they were going to offer me then I would trade in the car to them otherwise I would take it elsewhere. She was very helpful and straightforward . However once I got to the dealership Playing games with trade in lowballing even though I had certificate from car max for value. Had to go see customer service manager before singing papers, which was nothing but a hard sale for tire warranty and other add ons which I had to go thru again in finance office. Car only had one key which was not disclosed until I asked. Had high hopes for dealership. Sales person overall was good the dumb tactics though weren't nessecary. More

Great service overall. Just wasn’t too happy about their valet service. Genesis claims they bring a Genesis out to you. I got a regular non Genesis vehicle and then the dea Just wasn’t too happy about their valet service. Genesis claims they bring a Genesis out to you. I got a regular non Genesis vehicle and then the dealership made me drive the vehicle back to them instead of bringing my vehicle back and taking the loaner. Huge inconvenience to the costumer and they didn’t stand by what they advertise as part of their Genesis services. This was disappointing. More
