Called the service department at least 15 times and never had anyone answer the phone!! The message was that they were busy and to leave a message and they’d call back….NEVER got a call back. Car was in for service on 7-6-2023, had to order a part, nobody ever followed up to explain why/what/when! I’ve called 3 times to find out, left a message all 3 times and still have never received a call. Completely unacceptable. Wrote letter to the owner and Sr. Management, hand delivered it 2 weeks ago and nobody has ever called to follow up. The worst auto dealership service I have ever encountered.
