Michael was very helpful and informative. He then went above and beyond locating the exact car i wanted. So I took his word and I am very happy with my new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We drove 5 hours to purchase our Jeep. There were 3 issues identified when we arrived. One of the issues was that the rear seat headrests were inoperable and a safety issue. We knew the There were 3 issues identified when we arrived. One of the issues was that the rear seat headrests were inoperable and a safety issue. We knew the rear seat was not original to the vehicle, but were told it could be fixed under warranty. We were told all issues would be covered under warranty and we could have them fixed by our local dealership. Chrysler has declined the repair of the headrests under the warranty as the inside of the seat has rust and the seat cover is torn. We contacted Marino to resolve this issue including photos and a fee quote from our local dealership. It has been 2 days with zero response from the managers and no resolution. In the meantime we have an inoperable rear seat that is not safe for passengers. UPDATE 5/13 - we were told on 5/6/24 they would be shipping us a "new", operable used seat. When I inquired about the seat today (1 week later) it was apparent they have not yet ordered the seat as I was asked if we could just have our local dealer make the necessary repairs. Mind you the cost is almost $1,500 to have the seat repaired. Very disappointed in the responsiveness to resolve this issue. More
