Trying to get a appointment to service a vehicle you purchased from them is horrible. The staff that schedules appointments do not answer. I called for several hours on 3/19/22 no answer. Showed up at t purchased from them is horrible. The staff that schedules appointments do not answer. I called for several hours on 3/19/22 no answer. Showed up at the dealership this morning the first question they ask is do you have a appointment. I replied no if the staff answered I would have a appointment. I get to the service this morning they have all these excuse also stating there’s no appointments until 3/31/22 but you can leave it. Ask for a loaner car they don’t have that either. This is my first and last time with a ford vehicle. My purchasing experience and experience servicing this vehicle has been extremely bad. I’m going back to Chevy. This would never happen at a Chevrolet dealership. They accommodated there customers. Sutton ford is the worst!!! More
