I’ve been a customer here for years and have purchased four cars from this dealership, which is why I chose to return for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ord four cars from this dealership, which is why I chose to return for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a part that needed to be replaced and, three weeks later, dropped my car off overnight as instructed. The next day, I received a call as if they had no idea why my car was there. It turned out the part had never even been ordered. Mistakes can happen, but what frustrated me most was the way it was handled. Brian, who I believe may have been the service manager, brushed it off as if it wasn’t a big deal that I now had to make a third trip back for their mistake. I live over an hour away, and not once was there an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. They eventually fixed the issue a week later and provided a loaner, but the lack of accountability and basic courtesy was unacceptable. It felt as though their error was somehow my problem to deal with. It’s unfortunate, because I’ve always liked the sales team, but the service department—particularly the manager—needs serious improvement in how they treat customers. This level of customer service is not what I would expect from a dealership I’ve trusted for years, and because of this experience, I will not be returning. More

Brian was wonderful, everything moved efficiently & when something unexpected came up, he called right away to discuss. Melissa was very pleasant, very attentive to the job at hand. I thought the overall appointment took a little too long but I realize that it’s not her fault obviously it depends on how busy the maintenanc hand. He is so consistent in his knowledge of the Honda Product Line, his Honesty, his Concern for the Customers. His Professionalism, Kindness, and Friendship, make me proud to know him. His work doesn’t stop with the sale. He makes himself available for any automobile issues beyond the sale. When I look for a car, I look for Homero. Again, Outstanding. I recently visited this location due to a known issue with my vehicle. Before visiting the location, I spoke with customer care, who were rude and unable to assist. Melissa Mareke, the service advisor, t with my vehicle. Before visiting the location, I spoke with customer care, who were rude and unable to assist. Melissa Mareke, the service advisor, took charge of my situation and partnered with the service manager, Sandra. They turned the experience around and went above and beyond. Melissa provided timely updates and ensured everything went smoothly. I was pleased with her service and response!! Kudos to Melissa and Sandra for their assistance and excellent customer service.
