Southern Team Hyundai Nissan Subaru Volkswagen responded

A service was performed on Tequita's 2019 Forester. When she made the appointment, she had requested Greg Jennings to work on her vehicle. When she arrived at the appointment, she did not mention it and did not feel she should have mentioned that only Greg works on her car. After the work was completed, she realized Greg did not work on her car. Melissa Plyler apologized and offered that Greg come out and look at her car. He did come out and said everything was fine. She feels that since Southern Team has taken over, the place is going downhill. She came in to get her Commador paint sealant kit and was told we no longer give out kits. She was very upset and asked for a refund. Melissa Sigmon found her a kit. Jim Wise apologized and gave her Mike Kazee's direct number and made notes in the system that only Greg works on her car. She was happy I called and offered what I could do.
