Having transmission problems where you can feel the belt slip. At times it feels like you are riding over a rumble strip. I took am 60 mile drive in it and
I felt it slip 3 times. It seems to act up when you let off gas, especially going up hill and let the car coast then give it gas, Also does it when using cruise control, coming up on car in front and the car will slow down then you get in left lane and the cruise control speeds up I have felt it then. Also making a intermitant noise when shifting into drive. I have left a message for your Service Advisor to call me on 05/11/23 so I can reschedule an appointment to bring car back in for the third time, I had the car in for this problem on 05/01/23 and you updated software but this did not seem to fix the problem. Also you Service Tech said the noise it was making when you shift into drive was normal. It didn't make a noise when I bought it new and if it had I wouldn't have bought it.

Then they changed out a brand new activated carbon cabin filter (saying its was dirty because it was gray) and put in a non-carbon cabin filter. The

The only reason I didn't give it one 1 is because they didn't charge for the filter, saying it was comp for taking so long. Bottom line: they shouldn't have replaced items without asking.
