This past weekend, I traded my 2018 Crosstrek Premium for a 2024 Outback Touring XT. As always, John and his team were professional and efficient flawlessly executing my deal and delivery of the vehicle. They gave me top dollar for my trade and a great deal on the new vehicle. From start to finish, every part of my experience was perfect! I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 1/2 hours which included a full demonstration of every feature of the new vehicle (those features are many on a Touring XT!). I recently was looking for a car and was calling around on a specific model to see if someone would accept what I was offering for it. After mutable dealers I came upon this place which surprisingly accept on a specific model to see if someone would accept what I was offering for it. When I went in to actually purchase the car a seller named Nick, who was genuine and honest, helped me through the process without trying to push me to buy the car or try to bump up the price. After all was said and done I left with a new car without the typical three-four hour bargaining phase like most dealers and would recommend this dealership. More
