I met Colin Blanken at the beginning of September 2022 when I began my search for my "perfect" Subaru. I had been driving the same car for 22 years and I truly needed someone who would take the time to pa when I began my search for my "perfect" Subaru. I had been driving the same car for 22 years and I truly needed someone who would take the time to patiently guide me through my new car search and answer all the questions I had. Colin was the absolute BEST! He helped with my first visit where I needed to decide what model I really wanted (which meant driving various models all around) and follow-up emails to get me where I wanted to go with the various options and pricing. My choice was to order my new 2023 Subaru Forester Limited in order to get everything exactly as I wanted it - colors, options, bells & whistles, etc. Colin worked with me on the front end and then kept me in the loop and up-to-date on the process until my new car showed up in mid-December. He then patiently walked me through a thorough training session on how to use what I had ordered as my must haves, then had me go ahead and try options that I probably would not have jumped right in on. It says a lot that Colin was still smiling when I left the dealership! He is a true professional and amazingly helpful! The other people I dealt with there at Subaru of Kennesaw were very friendly and helpful. The financing portion of the process was very quick and amazingly easy. All of these things together is the reason I heartily recommend Colin Blanken and Subaru of Kennesaw! More
