Michael Godina makes the difference! Several Toyota dealerships in town that I can stop and get my maintenance done at.... BUT they don’t have a Michael Godina working for them... hence t Several Toyota dealerships in town that I can stop and get my maintenance done at.... I called service and asked for the best advisor and was given Michael Godina's nam Right before a planned long trip, I discovered a screw in my tire. I called service and asked for the best advisor and was given Michael Godina's name. I explained my situation and he was able to help me very quickly. He had the tire ordered, sent someone to pick it up, and called me when it was available. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly and was able to keep all my appointments in the day and leave for my trip as scheduled. I have tried two other dealerships and have not had this level of service. I appreciate his effort and have already returned for my 10k service; I'll keep coming back! More
