Chuck took me to the parts and service department and made sure before I left that my appointment in August was scheduled. As we walked through the building I couldn’t help but see how clean the dealership was! I thought this shows pride of ownership and I’m glad to be experiencing this on a cold and glumly winter day. I have no way of knowing if I got a good deal or not? But one thing I due know is when it’s time for our next purchase, I will be back to see Chuck Potashnik and Mr. Klaben for a new Lincoln!
