Chuck was there for every phase. They offered me a better price for my 15-year-old 350Z than I was hoping for. Mr. Klaben even came over and introduced himself after Chuck and I finished up dealing. When I went back to pick up the new whip the next day following day, Chuck again was on top of everything and had everything ready. Even the Signing of paperwork part was a breeze. because Natalie was prepared & ready when I arrived, she also answered every question I had. Next up was going over the car.
