Purchasing a new 2019 Honda CRV. I went to DCH to test drive the Honda CRV. After driving the car I was impress with the turbo engine. As soon as we started looking Lisa Williams reached out to us and we felt comfortable enough to make an appointment. We walked in and 1st thing, enjoyed seeing the vehicles on the floor. Seeing them in person really helped us get an idea of what we wanted. First thing Mr. Marte told us is that he can make it happen for us and he did! From there Mr. Marte took very good care of our needs. He made us very comfortable, offering us drinks and snacks and great conversation. We will definitely be recommending not only DCH but Mr. Marte as well. He made what usually is a nerve racking experience, a very pleasureable one. We walked out very happy AND with the car we wanted!! More

Multiple Vehicles, Multiple Great Experiences! I have developed a relationship with this dealership over the years and it has gotten better and better with each vehicle! Can't think of a reason to go anywhere else to get my Hondas! Once Alex (salesman) knows what I'm looking for, he goes above and beyond to make that deal happen at a price with which I'm always happy! Kudos to management (Matt), who on a few occasions have involved themselves to explain the details of my deals, and to help me take advantage of certain offers (ie, military discount, seasonal promos). Working with finance is a breeze....Professional, courteous, and expeditious....all things I rank high in relationships such as this. And don't forget support....Chelsea gave me a thorough explanation of several of the features of my newly leased vehicle with which I was unfamiliar. Excellent tutorial! More
